Background

 It all started in 2005 with a fancy Dress party where I dressed up as a California highways officer, so many people seemed to have fond memories of the hit TV show !

The costume then was a bit make shift but it seemed to have the right effect.

I never had another thought about CHiPS unit 2007 while scrolling the pages of the internet I found an old patrol bike in the states. As  keen motorcyclists I thought it would be great as well as a challenge to own one of these. The bike arrived and after many hours in my workshop restoring the bike to its original condition it was time for a ride. The bike had real road presents and even with a set of ordinary leathers on and a full face helmet people where waving!

So that’s when the penny dropped ,imagine two of these and all the kit!

I twisted the arm of a good friend of mind who is almost as mad and he too purchased a bike from the states. So now we had two bikes after more internet searches and research we sourced the original kit and uniforms from the states. Our first outing was red nose day the sight of these two bikes riding in formation put a smile on many faces that day but not as big as the one  on ours!

Based in east Anglia we are available for most functions please use the contact page for inquires. Both bikes are fitted with two way radio enabling us to talk to limo drivers or event coordinators. These machines and the uniforms are the genuine article down to the two tones and flashing lights. Both riders hold advanced qualifications in riding we always turn any event into something special.
